FOR ENSEMBLE CAST MEMBERS ONLY, NOT SUMMER WORKSHOP STUDENTS

Dear Students & Parent(s):

I would like to be the first to welcome you to ENCORE Performing Arts Center Inc.

I hope that you find your new role to be a challenging yet rewarding experience. We value our cast members and parents and hope to build a long lasting relationship.

In the coming weeks, you will learn much more about ENCORE.

As a starting point in that process, please review this Handbook.

It provides a significant amount of material and offers details on every aspect of the organization. This handbook should provide answers to most of the questions you will have about ENCORE’s policies and procedures. It is your responsibility to carefully read and thoroughly understand this handbook.

If anything is unclear, please don’t hesitate to contact me at 954-947-1176.

I wish you the very best in your new role and look forward to working with you.

Again, WELCOME TO ENCORE……“Lights, Cameras, Action!”

Sincerely,

Gigi Belton

Vice President

In order to maintain safety and the integrity of its investigation, ENCORE may suspend or expel ENCORE participants pending investigation. Anyone determined to be responsible for threats of (or actual) violence or other conduct that is in violation of these guidelines will be subject to prompt disciplinary action up to expulsion from the program. ENCORE encourages all participants/students to bring their disputes or differences with other participants/students to the attention of their instructor or a member of the executive staff before the situation escalates into potential violence.
